Book a Class With Us!

For Indoor Classes:

~ Please bring any yoga props you prefer to use, such as a yoga mat, blanket, yoga strap, blocks, and a cushion.

If needed, community props may be provided, and we also have yoga supplies for purchase in our boutique.

~ We are continuing to encourage the practice of social distancing to protect our immuno-compromised clients. If you feel inclined to wear a mask, please do so. Thank you for your compassion and understanding!

~You may wish to bring water to drink in a sealable bottle.

~ Drop ins are welcome when space allows. We recommend registering for classes to ensure placement.

For Outdoor Classes:
~Please bring any yoga props you prefer to use, such as a yoga mat, blanket, yoga strap, blocks, and a cushion.

~We are continuing to encourage the practice of social distancing to protect our immuno-compromised clients. If you feel inclined to wear a mask, please do so. Thank you for your compassion and understanding!

~Drop ins are welcome when space allows. We recommend registering for classes to ensure placement.

~Wear layers and bring water, an extra blanket, bug repellent, or sunglasses as appropriate for the weather and time of day or year.

~Please, use the restroom before you come, as facilities may be unavailable!

Instructions for Zoom Classes

Register for the class via the schedule as you would for an in-person class. Once registered, you will receive a booking confirmation email notification from Branches of Wellness via ribbon@ribbon-confirmations.com with further instructions. A link will be emailed one hour before the class begins. You can join the waiting room for the class up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. When the class begins the instructor will invite you in.
