Studio Beach Party with Lisa & Betty
Slip on your sunglasses and beach gear, and join Betty Ashman and Lisa Yarletts as they bring the sunshine into the studio!
The afternoon will start with some all level yoga bringing in the sun and water. Students will then enjoy light refreshments while they wait for their personal Reiki session. The day will end with Yoga Nidra.
