Shamanic Journey: An Exploration

Join Erin Hill for an exploration of Guided Shamanic Journey (like Guided Meditation with Live Drumming and/or Rattling).
This experiential workshop will delve into “The Three Worlds” of Shamanic Journey through drum and rattle meditations. Participants will learn what “The Three Worlds” are and how to access them for personal insight and self- empowerment.
Shamanic Journey is the foundation of all Shamanic healing and energy practices.

There will be time for sharing and journaling, if desired.
This is A GREAT way to wind down and prepare yourself for a restful night’s sleep.
