Monthly Goddess Circle with Lisa Yarletts

Welcome to the Goddess Circle – a ladies only evening of communication and connection. Join Lisa as she facilitates conversation and activities around the monthly topic. Class will start with conversation and a monthly activity and end with yoga and meditation centered around the topic of the month.

Bring a journal and pen each month, and be dressed for movement and breathwork. The class is accessible to all and a safe place to move and share.
