BoW Halloween Party

Join Betty Ashman and Lisa Yarletts for a frighteningly good evening of yoga and reiki!
Class will start with an all levels Yoga class designed to get rid of the cobwebs.
Then it is time for treats – enjoy some snacks as you wait for your private mini reiki session.
The evening will end with a relaxing yoga nidra.
