We may explore a variety of styles per the needs and wants of the students in attendance each week. Possible explorations may include Restorative, Gentle, Yin, Kundalini, Yoga Dance, Slow Flow, Prana Flow, Vinyasa as well as Pranayama and Meditation.*
All levels of experience are welcome!
This class has a rotating instructor from week to week - shared by Lyndsey Kohn, Michelle Gonzalez, Chloe Ward, Char Wyatt, Ryan Manista, Sheila Felix and Katie Green.

Learn a simple and invigorating morning routine to draw in and awaken the forces of the Sun and Earth. Based on South American practices, we will take a narrative approach to visually guide you through gentle stretches and movements that will leave you feeling connected, refreshed, and ready to face the day. These ritualistic exercises are presented as part of a Shamanic lineage.
