Deep Stretch Yoga


This class is taught by:
This one hour class will help you make noticeable changes in the tightness and tension of your muscles caused by everyday stress and repetitive movement. We'll begin with gentle stretching to warm up, then hold poses for 3-4 minutes each. This gets past the muscle and into the fascia creating space and relief.
At the same time, you'll also notice that these deep stretches will strengthen and lengthen the body.
We will end each practice with a relaxing, propped Savasana.
Deep Stretch is great for all body types, and modifications will always be offered when needed.
