Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Reiki with Lisa Yarletts

Candles, calming music, and ALL the props!
Lisa will help set up each student into supportive, restorative postures, where the mind and body can completely relax. During each pose, Lisa will offer Reiki to interested students. Come dressed to relax and settle in.
Class size is limited so each person can receive Reiki.
