Come for an evening of relaxation, to take time to unwind and calm your very Being…maybe for the first time in a long while.
The “Mother Earth Drum” is a 52″ octagonal drum that will envelop the Studio at Branches of Wellness as it can do for you with no effort on your part.

The Drum being one of the oldest sound instruments has a remarkable place in the best of the best Sound Therapies.
Sound is natural to our Being, Our body/mind connection is forever better, more supported, our mindfulness is opened and expanded. As we become more grounded and quiet within ourselves, we open ourselves up to new thoughts, ideas, feelings, bringing forth awesome possibilities that can begin to express themselves in our daily lives, again with no effort on our part. We will also meditate on some specific intents that each of you may have and therefore can bring forth some specific results.

Sound Therapy is a super easy way to achieve this in your life as it penetrates every cell of your body.
Know, the more you practice relinquishing the chaos/distractions of your daily life, especially with the help of Sound, the more you open yourself to receiving ease in life, awakening consciously to the calmness, clarity and joys that truly are yours within your mind/body/emotions!

**Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a mat or blanket plus pillow for your comfort as you can choose to sit or lay down.**
**Important…Please be “water” hydrated when you come to the session…..and bring water with you!
